🌸 Step 1: Reserve Your Preservation

To ensure every floral preservation piece receives the time and attention it deserves, we accept a limited number of projects each month. We encourage clients to reserve their preservation as soon as they know they'll be needing our services—ideally before their wedding, graduation, or special event. For memorial flowers, we understand that planning ahead isn't always possible. If you've recently experienced a loss, please contact us as soon as you can, and we'll do everything possible to accommodate your needs. Reserving your preservation allows us to coordinate the best pickup or shipping plan so your flowers arrive in the optimal condition for preservation.

🌿 Step 2: Preserve & Create

Every preservation begins with patience. Once your flowers arrive, each bloom is individually inspected, prepared, and professionally dried using specialized preservation techniques. This drying process typically takes 4–6 weeks, allowing moisture to be safely removed while maintaining the flower's structure and as much of its natural beauty as possible.

Once fully dried, we carefully design your arrangement and begin our multi-stage resin encapsulation process. Because each layer must cure completely before the next is poured, every piece is handcrafted over time to ensure lasting quality and durability. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, the entire preservation process may take up to 25 weeks from the time we receive your flowers.

After your artwork has fully cured and passed our final quality inspection, it is ready for pickup or carefully packaged for shipping. Your finished piece is more than preserved flowers—it's a handcrafted heirloom designed to celebrate life's most meaningful moments and keep the memories behind them beautifully visible for generations.
